PARISH RECENT NEWS
Congratulations to the 18 children who received their First Holy Communion this year. We give thanks for this joyful milestone and keep them and their families in our prayers.
On Pentecost Sunday, 24 May 2026, six candidates was confirmed by Bishop Gerard Bradley at the 11am Mass. Please keep them in your prayers as they prepare for this special day.
Join us on Sunday 7 June for the 11am Mass, followed by a Eucharistic Procession with the First Communion children. Certificates and a gift will be presented afterwards.
Raffle tickets are available after Mass for £5, with proceeds supporting the Church Maintenance Fund. The draw takes place on 31 May, with attractive prizes to be won.
Our Table Top and Car Boot Sales return to the church car park from 10am to 4pm on 13 June, 18 July, and 15 August 2026. Please book in advance.
Thank you for supporting the SMG Mission Project in Kenya. Donations can still be made through the card machine option “Coffee Morning SMG Kenya” or in a clearly marked envelope.

Christmas Bazaar 2025

The St Joseph Christmas Bazaar brought parishioners, families, and friends together for a festive weekend of food, prizes, bargains, and seasonal cheer.
More than a Christmas market, the Bazaar was a joyful opportunity for fellowship, community building, and supporting parish life. Thank you to everyone who helped organise, volunteer, donate, and take part!
Hispanic Community Year-End Celebration

The Hispanic community at St Joseph gathered after Mass for a joyful year-end celebration, sharing food, friendship, and time together as one parish family.
The celebration included traditional dishes, activities, Bingo, a raffle, and other fundraising efforts in support of the parish. It was a happy occasion for parishioners to come together, celebrate the end of the year, and support the life of the parish.

St Joseph hosted a series of summer car boot sales in the parish car park, welcoming parishioners and neighbours to sell, browse, and spend time together.
With stalls, bargains, refreshments, and family-friendly activities, the car boot sales offered a relaxed way for the wider community to gather at St Joseph while also helping to support parish fundraising.
