We are blessed indeed with this rich diversity of personalities, talents, commitment and ideas – all of which help to make this a lively, welcoming and open community.

By the grace of God, to whom we are very grateful, we try to use the unique gifts and talents in our midst to grow in faith, hope, and charity. We also seek to make our church a spiritual home where individuals and families from all walks of life can become ever more faithful missionary disciples.

We, the Parish of St Joseph, gather together to celebrate the sacraments (with a particular emphasis on Sunday Masses), to listen to the Word of God, to profess and live our faith, and to grow spiritually. We follow the Lord’s commands as we share our lives, gifts, and faith in reaching out to serve others, with special attention to the poor, the needy, and the vulnerable within our community and beyond. We also gather on occasions for social and cultural events, for our different countries’ celebrations, and more.

All these spiritual celebrations, cultural events and social gatherings help foster a sense of belonging, strengthen our unity in Christ, allow us to grow in faith, hope and love, and help us appreciate the rich cultural and ecclesial diversity that enriches our parish family.

We try our best to learn from one another, to deepen our faith, and build a welcoming parish community where everyone feels recognised, valued, and encouraged to share their gifts and serve God, the community and our neighbourhood.
